Private drivers education instructors can be found on the Blaine County DMV website.

On July 1, 2024 House Bill 531 came into effect (H 531) and allows parents to serve as the in-car instructor for their students as long as the student completes the IDLA classroom portion of the course.

Students seeking a permit can take the IDLA class and parents can now provide Parent-Student On-Road Training.
