Hi, I'm Mr. Wohlwend or Coach Wohlwend. I teach Freshman Physical Science A and B, Health, Earth Science, and Dual Credit Human Structure and Function. I coach the Throws (discus, shot put, and javelin) for the WRHS Track and Field team.

This is a second career for me, before teaching full time I founded and ran BootCampSF, and outdoor exercise program in San Francisco. After selling the business and deciding not to attend medical school at UC Davis, I settled into the Wood River Valley with my two children and started teaching at WRMS then transferring to WRHS to teach and coach.

California Collegiate Athlete of the week (twice spring 1999)
Visited all seven continents, including an mountaineering to Antarctica
Completed The Death Ride; 103 miles Tour of the California Alps, with over 14,000' of climbing
Bicycled the west coast of the United States from Canada to San Diego
Competed in Strongman lifting a car, 400lb atlas stone, among other feats of strength.
