I grew up in Portland, Oregon and went to University of Oregon where I got my B.A. in English Literature. I followed this by graduate work at Boise State University in Curriculum and Instruction. I am certified in both English and the Humanities. 

I have been in the Wood River Valley for over 25 years and find joy in reading, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
