I am originally from Seattle, WA and have lived in the Wood River Valley since 2003. I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in English, and I continued on with a Masters in Education from Central Washington University.

After earning these degrees, I pursued my endorsement in Gifted and Talented Education.
In my spare time, I love hiking, jogging, swimming, travelling, and spending time with my family. 

I'm a big believer in the growth mindset, which says we can always improve our knowledge, our habits, and our relationships. Above all else, kindness and compassion are my most valued character traits.
