Tyler Sant
Art Teacher

Since 2016, I have taught visual art to students ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade. At Wood River High School, I teach a variety of courses, including Ceramics and AP Art. I earned my undergraduate degree in Art and Art History from Western Washington University, followed by a Master in Teaching from the Woodring College of Education. In my classroom, students are encouraged to follow their curiosity, discover "flow" while creating, and find opportunity in every problem they encounter.

When I'm not in the studio, you can find me enjoying the magic carpet at Rotarun with my sons, sketching in my pocketbook, or painting en plein air. I also stay active in our local arts community through SVMoA life drawing classes or at Boulder Mountain Clayworks in Ketchum.
