After beginning my career as a Special Education teacher in Kirkland, Washington and teaching 4th grade for 3 years at an international school in Zurich Switzerland, I spent twenty rewarding years as a stay-at-home mom raising twins. A decade ago, I began my "third phase" here in Hailey Idaho, serving the district in various roles, including Head Start Early Childhood teacher, A paraprofessional at Hailey Elementary, a facilitator for the Teen Parent program at Silver Creek High School. Now a Special Education paraprofessional at Wood River High School. I continue my passion for student support while enjoying the beautiful local outdoors hiking ,skiing and kayaking.
