Alli Burns, Blaine County School District School Nurse - Primarily supporting Wood River High School and Silver Creek High School. I started my healthcare path as an EMT and attended Weber State University for my Paramedic certification (which I still hold at the National level!). When I moved to Idaho, I could see the importance of growing my knowledge and career as an RN. I attended College of Southern Idaho and then Boise State University for my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. My experience in the emergency room has come in handy for the variety of care at the high school. As a Nationally Certified School Nurse, I work to ensure students and families are supported with evidenced based care for chronic and acute conditions so that they are able to learn at their highest level.
