College Visit Form

WRHS Seniors and Juniors get three excused college visit days per school year. These days do not count towards a student’s total of six absences per trimester. Unused college visit days from Junior year do not roll over to Senior year. 

Before your your trip:

• Complete the college visit form
• Obtain all required signatures (teachers, parent, high school college counselor)
• Submit form to Attendance Secretary

After your trip:

• Provide proof of visit(s) to Attendance Secretary
  • Examples: Admissions representative business card, tour packet, brochure from campus,
    registration for campus tour, thank-you emails for your visit, self-guided tour booklet
    
  • Selfies and swag do not count
• After proof of your visit has been verified, the absences will be changed to College Visit
  in Power School.
